Mr. Curtis Brown passed away Thursday.

He was born May 3, 1958, to the late Morris and Mildred T. Brown, Sr. in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

He graduated from LaGrange High School, Class of 1977, served in the US Army, and was previously employed by Veronon Woods.

Survivors include his wife, Annie Mae Brown; children:  Antonio Sharpe, Sharonica Sharpe, and Shantris Sharpe; bonus children he reared as his own:  Marnable Cole, Sharica (Bishop Jesse) Adams, Horace Cole III and Cordarrell (Wendolyn) Cole; twenty-three grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; sisters:  Minister Gwendolyn (Rev. R. L.) Ward and Priscila Brown; brother, Morris Brown, Jr.; sisters-in-law:  JoAnne Grier, Shirley Dudley, Jennie Mae Gates, Dorothy (Thomas) Session, Johnnie Cole, Laleatha Potts, and Jackie Cole; brother-in-law, Horace Cole, Jr.; and a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The Service will be Thursday at 1 P.M. at City Light Church.

The excellent care of Mr. Brown is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
