Ms. Shantrice “Shay” Alford passed away Wednesday.

She was born on April 11, 1990, in LaGrange, Georgia to her loving parents, Stephanie Alford and Charles Cannon.

She attended Callaway High School, West Georgia Technical College, and went on to enjoy her work in Cosmetology.

Survivors include her children:  Montrez Alford,  Zamya McFarland, De’Andre McFarland, Zion Alford, and Zakiyah Alford; her parents, Stephanie Alford and Charles Cannon; siblings: Frederick (NaTasha) Alford, Jessica Alford, Al Hart, A’Darius Brown, Janiyah Cannon, Mario Cannon, JaQuana Cannon, and Fabian Cannon all of LaGrange, Georgia; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The Service will be Friday at 11 A.M. at Leete Hill UM Church.

The excellent care of Shantrice Alford is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
