Mrs. Pauline “Polly” B. Jackson, 101, of LaGrange, GA passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice.

Mrs. Jackson was born October 15, 1922 in Randolph County, AL, daughter of the late Lawson D. Benefield and Bertha Lee Wilson Benefield.  She was employed with the CEA Callaway Hillside as a teacher and bookkeeper before retiring.  Mrs. Jackson was a member of Fountain Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Lynch Jackson.

Survivors include her children, Ted Jackson (Nan), Glen Jackson (Marie), and Sharon Jordan (Billy); grandchildren, Chuck Jackson, Caysi Brooks-Swol (Steven), Joy Jackson, Dale Jackson (Lindsay), Corrie Killmer (Mark), Ben Jackson (April), Katie Firth (Paul), Jennifer Cooley (Brad), Rachel Bryant (Chris), and Sue Ellen Clay (Brett); 33 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

The Celebration of Life service will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Fountain Church with Pastor Matt Dellinger officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery.  The gathering of family and friends will be on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
