Suspect accused of burglarizing West Georgia Tech

LaGrange Police have arrested a man charged with allegedly burglarizing West Georgia Tech.

Antonio Bandiera, 27, of LaGrange, was arrested on Friday morning for burglary and other charges stemming from an incident at the technical college.

Police responded to  West Georgia Technical College (WGT) on Fort Drive on Friday, Nov. 17, around 3:36 a.m. in reference to an alarm.

Officers arrived and located an unsecured door and Bandiera inside the location in possession of computer equipment belonging to WGT.

Bandiera was also found to be in possession of a fixed-blade knife with a blade length exceeding 3 inches.

Bandiera was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of a knife during the commission of a felony and possession of a knife on school grounds.
