Nutwood Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar will open its downtown location on Thursday, Dec. 7, according to a press release from the company.

Located in the heart of downtown LaGrange at 300 Main Street, the winery’s second location will feature New American Southern cuisine for lunch, dinner & Sunday brunch along with their extensive selection of hand-crafted wines.

The culinary team, led by Chef Dave Trussell, has curated a menu that elevates traditional Southern comfort foods with a gourmet and upscale twist. With a focus on quality meats, seafood & seasonal produce, guests can expect a diverse range of dishes, all expertly paired with a selection of Nutwood Winery’s exceptional wines.

Owners Neil & Patricia Liechty, along with their children Silas Liechty and Felicity Johnson, introduced Nutwood Winery to Georgia with their first Tasting Room & Vineyard Cafe in LaGrange just a few years ago, and it continues to draw in guests from across the Southeast.

Opening a second location here is an exciting chapter in our story, driven by a passion to share the joy of dining and fine wines with even more patrons. An expansive outdoor patio features a central brick fireplace and cozy seating areas for guests to sip and savor, while the restaurant’s interior design reflects a commitment to creating an inviting space where guests can create unforgettable moments with family and friends.
