Walter Eugene Greeson, age 57, of Statham, Georgia, passed away on Jan. 7, 2024.

 He was born on March 19, 1966, to Judy Jacobs Knight and the late Ewell Eugene Greeson.

Survivors include his wife, Stacey Miechelle Bicksler Greeson, of Statham; mother, Judy Knight, of LaGrange; daughters, Marrie Dannielle Johnson and her husband Glen Johnson Jr., of Lithia Springs, Meagan Greeson and husband Jonathan Rodriguez, of LaGrange, Mindi Kaylyn Greeson, of LaGrange, and Tessa Greeson, of Statham; grandchildren, Alaina, Kylie, Serinity, and Landyn Johnson; sister, Florie Starnes, of Roanoke, Alabama; Adoptive Brother, Jonathan Knight, of LaGrange. As well as a niece, Deborah Britt, nephew, Donnie Tutton, and many other extended members of the family. 

In addition to his father, Ewell Eugene Greeson, he is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Madeline Bicksler; father-in-law, William Bicksler; brother-in-law, David Starnes; uncles, Richard Greeson and Charles Greeson; aunt, Pat Irvine.

Walter Greeson was a great man who is instilled in many hearts. A loving husband, son and father. A man who made sure to bring smiles to all of those around him. A man of many talents and knowledge. A true patriot at heart.

The family will have a visitation on Jan. 15, 2024, from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M.  at Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand. 

The funeral service will begin at 3 P.M. at the funeral home. 

Flowers are accepted, or donations can be made to the family fund (Found on our website) to help cover unforeseen expenses.
