The LaGrange girls soccer team was back in action on Friday evening in a scrimmage against Shaw. It was all Grangers at Callaway Stadium as they ran past the Raiders 9-0.

Senior Sam Cottle was the star of the show and scored herself a hat-trick while also registering three assists. She was not the only Granger who stole the show as Sophmore Reese Humphries, fresh off an outstanding first season in blue and white, scored a goal and contributed three assists.

Sophomore Amelia Rockwell was a role player as a freshman, but now finds herself in a starting role and was more than up to the task on Friday with two goals. Junior Karley Perry scored two goals and one assist and Carlee Roland scored a goal to round out the Grangers on the scoresheet..

LaGrange kicks off its season at home on Tuesday against Northside.
