LaGrange Police have arrested a man accused of molesting two juvenile victims.

On Saturday morning, about 11:33 a.m. LaGrange Police Department responded to an undisclosed location within the city limits of LaGrange in reference to reports of child molestation.

According to LaGrange police, during the investigation, investigators found that on multiple occasions from 2015 to  2024, Everardo Funez-Lopez committed the offense of Attempted Rape FVA and Child Molestation FVA against two juveniles.

Funez-Lopez was taken into custody and has been charged with Attempted Rape FVA, two counts of child molestation family violence act, interference with 911 call and simple battery – family violence act.
