Dorothy Jean Osborn, of LaGrange, passed away on February 3, 2024.  She was born in Roanoke, Alabama on January 20, 1939, to the late John Brown and Beatrice May Brown.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Osborn is preceded in death by her grandchildren, Billy Osborn, III, and Hunter Osborn.  

Mrs. Osborn is survived by her husband of over 60 years, Billy K. Osborn, Sr.; her son, Bill K. Osborn, Jr.; her sister, Kate Parkerson; her grandson, Dakota Osborn (Cassidy); her great-grandchildren, Daxon Osborn and Winston Osborn.

The funeral service will be held at Higgin Funeral Home at Hunter-Allen-Myhand on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from Noon until service time on Thursday.  The committal service will directly follow the funeral and will be held at Restlawn Memory Gardens.  Pastor David Simmons will officiate the service.
