The City of LaGrange is inviting the community to participate in Mayor Willie T. Edmondson’s funeral procession. Mayor Edmondson passed away Friday, Feb. 16.

The community is invited to join city employees along the route of the motorcade to honor the life and legacy of our Mayor Edmondson while also offering our deepest heartfelt condolences to his family. 

A variety of City vehicles will be staged along the route with employees standing at attention as the funeral motorcade passes by on its way to his celebration of life at his church, Bethlehem Baptist Church in West Point.

A variety of City vehicles will be staged along the route with employees standing at attention as the funeral motorcade passes by on the way to his church, Bethlehem Baptist Church in West Point. The funeral is scheduled for Wednesday with public viewing at 11 a.m., visitation at noon and the celebration of life at 1 p.m.  Everyone in the funeral procession is asked to line up by 10:15 a.m.
