Mr. Matalito Lamary Bass passed away Sunday.

He was born  Nov. 8, 1976,  to the late Larry and Mary J. Bass in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

Matalito was a faithful member of Heavenly Heights International Ministries, educated in Troup County, and employed by ADVICS Manufacturing Georgia, LLC.

Survivors include Hope McGhee; four daughters:  NeAsia Rome (Denarrio Fannin), Brandi Brooks (Eddie McGhee), Nyla Bass; and soon to be born, Malysia Bass; two sons:  Kayden Williams and Kaiden Walton; grandchildren:  Eddie McGhee, Jr., Kaine Fannin, Za’Riah McGhee; godfather, Jake Sims; brothers;  Dimetre Jenkins, Enrique Foster and Derieko Render; one sister, Checolma Sally; aunts:  Bernice (Bobby) Bass, Sabrina Woodyard, Deborah Jenkins, Chevelle Jenkins, Nicole Roberts and Linda Williams; uncle, Melvin Jenkins; and an array of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The Service will be Saturday at 11 A.M. at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Pastor Jessie Adams will officiate. 

The family will be at their home at 104 Brookside Terrace.

The excellent care of Mr. Bass is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
