It was a full-on demolition job at Callaway Stadium on Tuesday as the LaGrange girls soccer team blasted North Clayton 12-0 in a game that lasted only a half.

Sophomore Reese Humphries continues to shine in her role as playmaker for the Grangers. She was the star of the show once again on Tuesday as she scored a whopping four goals and contributed a hat trick of assists.

She was not the only star who shined for LaGrange against North Clayton as junior Karley Perry also diced up the Eagles’ defense with four goals of her own.

Sam Cottle also had her fingerprints all over the game with two goals and two assists. Emma Maridik made her way out of goal, where she normally plays, and into the field where she scored a goal.

Carlee Roland also got in on the fun with a goal and a pair of assists. Amelia Rockwell and Amelia Gale each had an assist in the game as well.

LaGrange has now won three games in a row to improve to 5-6 overall and 2-2 in region play. The Grangers will hit the road to take on Fayette County on Friday.
