LaGrange Police are looking for an individual accused of sexual violence charges on a trio of young victims.

Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Jeremy William Powell on charges of rape, two counts of child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of felony sexual battery and other charges.

On Friday afternoon, LaGrange Police responded to an undisclosed school within the City of LaGrange after receiving reports of ongoing sexual abuse from the victims themselves, and their siblings, to a faculty member.

Police say the abuse had been ongoing for several years. Officers spoke with the siblings and witnesses who corroborated the allegations being made.

Investigators identified the suspect as Powell, who was known to the victims at the time of the incidents.

Warrants have since been issued for Powell’s arrest but he remains at large at this time.
