Stevie Darnell Blackmon passed away Wednesday.

He was born Sept. 7, 1965, to Clarence Blackmon, Jr. and the late Sandra Jo Blackmon in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

“Wolf” united with Smyrna Baptist Church, and graduated from  LaGrange High School, Class of 1984.

He was previously employed by Mansour’s, Mobis, and Interface.

Survivors include his daughter, Vantress (Monneaker) Holliday; five grandchildren; father, Clarence Blackmon, Jr.; siblings:  Vince Fannin, Tammy Blackmon, Antoine (Marquita) Blackmon, Ricardo Blackmon, Tamika Harris, Latoya Zachary, Clarence Blackmon III; aunt, Minnie Tigner; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, special family and friends.

The services will be Wednesday at 1 P.M. at City Light Church.

Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery.

The excellent care of Mr. Blackmon is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
