The LaGrange Police Department is now accepting applications for citizens to participate in its Citizens Police Academy starting Tuesday, Sept. 11, from 6 p.m. 8:30 p.m.

All applications to participate must be turned in by Friday, Sept. 7. The Citizens Police Academy will take place every Tuesday for ten weeks, starting on Tuesday, Sept. 11 and ending with graduation on Nov. 6. The classes will be at the LaGrange Police Department Training Center at 376 Aerotron Parkway, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
