The Troup High girls’ soccer team beat Spencer 4-0 on Friday for its second win of the season.

Troup (2-2-1) got two goals from Felicity Gill, while Alyssa Barton and Bryce Lielty had one goal apiece.

Whitney Wallace and Emily Beasley both got the job done in goal for Troup.

LAGRANGE: LaGrange’s boys’ soccer team continued its formidable early-season schedule with a road game at McIntosh on Friday.

McIntosh scored with six seconds left in regulation to edge LaGrange 2-1.

For LaGrange, Jimmy Cancina scored off of an assist from Tripp Holstrom in the first half.
