Police arrested Shena Noles, 41, Archie Patterson, 43, and Leslie Moman, 29, all from Heard County, in the Tuggle Street area after a traffic stop for brake light revealed the three were allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.

The report stated while searching Noles’ vehicle, police found a glass pipe smoking device under the passenger seat that is commonly used for smoking methamphetamine. Police located a second glass pipe smoking device with a white substance inside believed to be methamphetamine.

All three denied any knowledge or claim.

Police also found a large orange medicine bottle with 191 pills which Noles claimed she had a prescription for, however there was no label according to the report.

All three were arrested and transported to Troup County Jail.


A woman from the 400 block of Render Street reported someone kicked in her front door and stole a brown wallet with $20 in it.

A man from the 100 block of South Page Street reported his AT&T Samsung ATIV Smart PC stolen. He tracked the computer with a mobile app to the 2000 block of West Point Street but the computer has since been turned off.

Loss Prevention at Wal Mart on New Franklin Road reported a customer purchased items at $81.13. A second person with the same items, only older, came in with the receipt and returned them for $81.13.

Criminal Damage

Police responded to LaGrange Toyota in the 1200 block of Lafayette Parkway where an employee reported that one of their used vehicles on the lot was broken into. The sunroof of the vehicle had a hole with damage valued at $1,000.

A woman from the 1300 block of Forrest Avenue reported that a group of people were hitting and kicking her car causing damage estimated at over $500.


Terry Wilson, 32, of LaGrange was arrested in the Chick-fil-A parking lot on Commerce Avenue on charges of possession of less than an ounce marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Wilson allegedly had four small baggies of marijuana and one small clear bag of crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine.
