Congratulations to Ricky Wolfe and Carl Von Epps​!

After they have “done their time,” I’m glad they have stepped back into the arena to chair the reconciliation group. Cooperation and peaceful accord between the races is sorely needed here, Mayor (Jim) Thornton has given his enthusiastic support.

Hopefully the 160 people chosen will rigorously pursue their mission. They are to meet for 18 months to learn the truths about each other — to tell it like it is. May they find the honesty that makes for healthy relationships.

I wish them well!

P.S., I was happy to see the letter of support from the new publisher of LDN Rick Thomason.
