Man points gun at pedestrians
Two pedestrians called LaGrange police Sunday about 11:48 p.m. after they said someone pointed a gun at them from a car as it drove by on Washington Street.
The two men told officers a man in the front passenger seat leaned out of the window and asked them, “Are you the ones who shot up the block?”
The men claimed the person then pointed a black pistol at them before driving away toward Forrest Avenue.
The two men described the car as a tan or gold newer model Mercury Grand Marquis. They also said four or six men were inside the vehicle.
Police canvassed the area, but did not find a car matching that description.
