When the complainant went to the church to inspect the work, he allegedly found damaged molding attached to the wall, drywall that was not flush with the wall and paint on the carpet.
The complainant told the man the work was unsatisfactory, at which point the man began using profanity toward the complainant and ripped the drywall from the wall, breaking it into pieces.
The complainant did not pay the man, and called police to have the incident documented. No charges were filed.
