Saying he’s frustrated with illegal immigration, U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, R-Pennsylvania, said Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks his language.

Barletta said when people come to the United States illegally, no one knows who they are, and no background check is performed.

“The frustrating thing for me is, through all of this, is that nothing’s been done,” Barletta said. “It’s about enforcing the laws of this country again while throwing out the welcome mat for people to come legally.”

Trump has said throughout his campaign that a wall on the border of the United States and Mexico would be built, and that he would make sure that Mexico foots the bill.
