Lunet Crawl Cofield

Mrs. Lunet Crawl Cofield passed away Sunday.

 

She was born October 6, 1961 in Pine Mountain, Georgia to the late, Joe Lee and Nettie Gates Crawl.

Lucy, as she was affectionately known, professed Churist at an early age at Ebenezer Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Curtis Johnson.

She graduated from Troup County High School in 1981 and attended Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia. She was employed as a Education and Professional Development Program Technician with the Fulton County Department of Family and Children Services Department for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Dexter Cofield; and children, Dexter Cofield, Jr. and LaQuesha Cofield.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday at 2:00 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Pine Mountain. Rev. Gregory Turks will officiate. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of her sister, Cynthia Trammell at 1395 Old Chipley Road.
