Lonzell (Lo) Turman, age 73 of 109 Wright Street died Monday, February 27, 2017 at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice. He was the son of the late Minnie Green and Ernest Turman and the husband of the late Carolyn Turman. He attended the public schools and he was a member of Stateline Baptist Church. Lonzell was self-employed as a small engine operator. In addition to his parents and wife, he was proceded in death by four brothers , Johnny Turman, L.C. Turman, Robert Person and R.O. Burden: three sisters, Betty Turman, Lillie Mae Phillips and Peggy Jennings. Survivors include his daughter, Tina Goode: son, Lorenzo Turman: Thirteen grandchildren: 19 great grandchildren: four sisters, Louise Bradfield, Mary Dukes, Shirley Carter and Brenda Turman and caregiver, five brothers, Horace Turman, Jeffery Green, Walter Turman, WalterBurden and Ernest Turman and several other relatives and friends and a special friend, Larry Cameron. Funeral services for Lozell Turman will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Chapel of West Georgia Mortuary. Rev. Alford Booker will officiate with burial at Stateline Baptist Church Cemetery in Glenn, Georgia.
