City and county services will be closing Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. The city of LaGrange, city of Hogansville and Troup County Government Center will be closed on Thursday and Friday.

LaGrange police and fire services, Hogansville police, Troup County Fire Department, Troup County Sheriff’s Office and 911 will remain open for the holiday.

Those who have garbage and recycling pickup on Thursdays will have pick up on Friday and those that have pick up on Fridays will have pick up on Saturday in both LaGrange and Hogansville.

The U.S. post office will be closed on Thursday.
