On Sunday at 4:25 a.m., LaGrange Police Department officers responded to a call about a man stabbed by an unknown black male on the 100 block of Wynwood Drive.

According to a press release from the LPD, the victim suffered from non-life threatening injuries and was transported to WellStar West Georgia Medical Center for treatment. According to Det. John Slonaker, the victim was released from the hospital that same day.

LPD’s criminal investigations section responded and initiated an investigation on the incident.

The wanted man is described as a black male in his mid-twenties with a thin build and long braided hair.
