Mrs. Bobbie Ruth Varner Dowell of 115 Adams Drive in the Tucker Cottages Subdivision passed away Friday at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice.  The family will be at their home.  Arrangements will be announced by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
