Detra B. Crawl-Lindsey passed away Tuesday.

She was born April 3, 1969, in Pine Mountain, Georgia, to the late Joe Lee and Nettie Lou Gates Crawl.

She united with Ebenezer Baptist Church, graduated from Troup High School, class of 1987; attended The Art Institute of Atlanta, and was employed by Gwinnett County DFCS. 

Survivors include her brothers, Frank (Judy) Crawl, Philip (Mae) Crawl, Tyrus J. Crawl, Sr. (Kelly Baxter); sisters, Mary L. Dixon, Gail A. Moss, Cynthia (Roosevelt) Trammell, Margaret M. (James) Chaney, Cassandra J. Crawl (Marvin Laye) and Freder R. (Leneire) Lockett; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.   

The service will Thursday at noon at Ebenezer Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Ms. Lindsey is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
