The LaGrange Police Department is searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery Saturday night. 

According to a press release from LPD, officers were called to the 100 block of Wynwood Drive where they made contact with a 37-year-old victim who had been attacked and robbed. 

The victim told officers that he was struck with a pistol to the head and that his wallet was taken. 

According to the press release, the suspect is described as a tall, skinny, black male who was wearing all black clothing. The victim did not need medical treatment, according to LPD.
