Amy Hervey Horne, 62, of, LaGrange, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022. 

She was born on Feb. 6, 1960 to Ellsworth Hervey and Louise Hervey in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was a teacher in Troup County for many years but most recently she was the owner and operator of Amy’s Creations.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Nick Hervey. Survivors include her spouse, Vaden Horne; children, Jeff Horne, Jennifer Johnson (Tony), Jordon Horne, and Jackie Farrar (Steven); sister, Laurie Roth; sister in law, Sally Hervey; grandchildren, Logan Newsome, Summer Horne, Kyren Johnson, Gore Johnson, and Tydus Farrar; canine companion, Sadie; extended family and friends. The family will have visitation on March 5, 2022, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Grace Covenant Worship Center in Hogansville, Georgia.  A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Alex Montgomery and Pastor Rod Swemke officiating.
