Mrs. Leila Frances Bailey,(95), of Fayetteville, formerly of LaGrange, passed away on Aug. 4, 2022.

Mrs. Bailey was born on Sept. 9, 1926, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Charles Clifford Rivers and Beuna Vesta Dye Rivers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elliott G. Bailey; sons, Charles (C.L.) Bailey and David E. Bailey; sisters, Marjorie Ray and Charlie Rose Miller.

Survivors include her daughters, Karen Sinyard (Mike) of Griffin and Pam Kennemore of Atlanta; son, Roger Bailey (Darlene) of LaGrange; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great- great grandchild; extended family.

Funeral services will be held on Tues. Aug. 9, 2022 at 2 p.m.  at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand.   

Interment will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens.

Family will receive friends on Tues. from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
