Mr. John Swartz (83), passed peacefully on Nov. 1 2022, at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice of Lagrange, Georgia. 

John was born in Delaware. He was the son of the late John Swartz Sr. and Mary East.

He was a resident of West Palm beach Florida, Lagrange Georgia, and Standing Rock, Alabama.

John retired from the automotive paint and body industry after more than 60 years in the business. He enjoyed building custom cars and riding motorcycles.

He was the husband of the late Maureen Swartz. 

John is survived by his three children. Karen Camp, Lisa Bexton (Patrick), and Mark Swartz. John has 7 grandchildren, thirteen great- grandchildren, his sister Gail Gill (Bill) and 3 nephews.
