Mrs. Louise Laseter Halcomb, age 74, of LaGrange, passed away on Dec. 4, 2022. Mrs. Halcomb was born on Oct. 16, 1948, in Moultrie, Georgia to the late Leonard Laseter and Edna Branam Laseter. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Laseter.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Halcomb; daughter, Lynn Cleveland and her husband Russell; son, Bobby Halcomb and his wife, Danie; brothers, Leonard “Len” Laseter (Jeanette) and George Laseter (Joyce); sister, Shirley Taylor (the late Jennings); grandchildren, Justin Ammerman (Tiffany), Jack Cleveland, Sam Cleveland, Bo Halcomb, Max Halcomb and Wes Halcomb; great-grandchild, Jude Ammerman; nieces, nephews and extended family.

Mrs. Halcomb retired as a Buyer and Office Manager at Cammon Steel Company.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel with Pastor Max McCord officiating. Family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am until service hour.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made in memory of Mrs. Halcomb to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
