Mr. Robert Lee Asberry, Jr. passed away Sunday.

He was born Aug. 22, 1953, to the late Robert and Annie Asberry in LaGrange, Georgia.

He united with the Zion Hill Baptist Church, educated in the public schools of LaGrange and joined the Job Corps. 

He served in the US Army as a paratrooper.

Survivors incude his sister, Lena Asberry-Smith; brother, Larry (Jessie) Asberry; niece, Yashica Crowley (Steve) Brooks; nephews:  Reginald, Eric, Aaron (Mandy) and a host of other relatives and friends.

The Service will be Wednesday at 1 P.M. at Zion Hill Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Mr. Asberry is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
