Ms. Charlotte Renae Laye passed away Saturday at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

She was born to Charlie Lewis Laye and Belle Strickland Glenn in LaGrange, Georgia on Aug. 22, 1967.

She united with Mt. Carrie Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin; graduated from Troup High School, Class of 1985; and was previously employed by Beck Janitorial and Burger King.

Survivors include two children:  Traquavius Johnson and Tanisha Johnson; two grandchildren; parents:  Belle Strickland Glenn and Charlie Lewis (Linda) Laye; siblings:  Derrick Laye and Reginald Laye; and an array of relatives and friends.

The Service will be Friday at 1 P.M. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
