Mrs. Teresa Ann “Teri” Lyles Hammock, age 62, of LaGrange, passed away on Aug. 16, 2018, at the WellStar West Georgia Health. 

She was born on Oct. 17, 1955, to Mary Alice McMillian Lyles and the late Cecil Lyles in San Marcos, Texas. She was a registered nurse, serving most recently at Paulding County Hospital. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Mary Alice McMillian Lyles, she is survived by her husband, Roger Allen Hammock; cousins, the Rev. Jimmy McMillian, Dwight Prince, Jerry Nix, Janice Langford, Jackie McMillian, Cathy Rainey and Paula McMillian; extended family and friends. 

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at the Baptist Tabernacle with the Rev. Jimmy McMillian officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the church on Sunday. Interment will follow the service at Shadowlawn Cemetery.
