Mrs. Sarah Ann Johnson passed away Tuesday.

She was born May 15, 1933, in Shawmut, Chambers County, Alabama, to the late Moses and Annie Pearl Moore.

She united with Jehovah Baptist Church and retired from Callaway Gardens after more than 40 years of service.

Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy Lee Whitaker; one son, Freddie Lee (Deborah) Johnson; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Minnie Moss; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Jehovah Baptist Church.

The family will be at their home at 3707 Pine Lake Road, West Point. The excellent care of Mrs. Johnson is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
