Mrs. Willene Stallings Adamson

Mrs. Willene Stallings Adamson, 98, of LaGrange passed away Friday, June 28, 2019, at the home of her Son and Daughter-in-law Joe and Terri Adamson. Mrs. Adamson was born March 30, 1921, in Colquitt County Georgia the daughter of the late William Washington Stallings and Mrs. Pauline Tompkins Stallings.

Willene was a faithful member of Unity Baptist Church and Miriam Chapter # 32 Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Adamson was a former employee of Callaway Mills Company and retired from City Oil Company. Willene was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Judson Adamson Sr., and a sister, Mrs. Mildred Evans.

Survivors include, sons and daughters-in-laws, Judson and Marilyn Adamson, Marietta, GA Joe and Terri Adamson, LaGrange, GA; four grandchildren, Cale Finot, Jamie Zachary, Jessica (Chris) Sprayberry, Hannah Willene Adamson; great grandson, Chandler Harrsion; sisters, Mrs. Helen Williams, LaGrange, GA; Mrs. Billie Jackson Leath, Columbus, GA; several nieces and nephews

Funeral Services for Mrs. Willene S. Adamson will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019, from the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Funeral Home with The Reverend Doug Bingham and The

The Rev. Bobby Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home (Tuesday) evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Interment will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery on the Adamson Family Lot.
