Mrs. Virginia Cobb Sivell, age 95, of LaGrange, passed away on August 3, 2019 at the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.  Mrs. Sivell was born on April 21, 1924 in LaGrange to the late Claude Wilson Cobb and Ida Burke Cobb.  She was a member of Dunson Baptist Church and retired from West Point Pepperell.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Sivell and a brother, Henry Cobb.  Survivors include her sons, Henry Randall “Randy Sivell and his wife Clara and Ronald Alan “Ronnie” Sivell and his wife Kathy; grandchildren, Amy Palma (Tony) and Kelly Andrews (John); 4 great grandchildren; extended family.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Dunson Baptist Church with Pastor Kenneth Cole officiating.  Interment to follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.higginsfuneralhomes.com.  Higgins LaGrange Chapel, 706-884-7117.
