A LaGrange man was arrested after stabbing his roommate at the Windsor Park Apartments Wednesday night.

According to a LaGrange Police Department press release, Michael Dylan Hogg Cotton, 25, stabbed his roommate during a fight.

“They got into a verbal altercation and the suspect produced a knife,” LPD Det. Jeremey Jones said. “They had a little scuffle, and then the victim was stabbed in that scuffle. He was stabbed to the leg.”

Jones said the victim refused treatment for his injury, but later took himself to an emergency room. 

According to the press release, Hogg Cotton was charged with aggravated assault.
