Ms. Katherine Elizabeth “Katie” Baker, age 36, of LaGrange, passed away on March 9, 2022. Katie was born on August 2, 1985 in LaGrange to Clifford “Buddy” Baker, III and Kathy Turner Baker.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Eden Miles and Vera Ann Rashell; brothers, Jason Johnson (Chrissy) and Jarred Baker (Candace); fiancé’, Roy Rashell; extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by a child, Bryn Pendergraph and her grandparents, Eddie and Mildred Turner and Amis and Patricia Ann Traylor.
Ms. Baker had worked at the Pathway Center in LaGrange as a Support Specialist and will be greatly missed by her family. Please continue to remember this family during this difficult time.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand, 706-884-5626.
